We want you to love your glow and feel confident in every purchase you make with us. But if something’s not quite right, we’re here to make it right.
💫 30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return. Your satisfaction matters to us — and we want your experience to reflect the care we put into our products.
To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging

All seals, labels, and tags must be intact

You must provide proof of purchase

⚠️ Please do not send any return without contacting us first. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
📦 Returns & Processing Fee
If your return is approved, we will provide a prepaid return label and instructions. A $6 processing fee will be deducted from your refund for returned items.
💔 Damaged or Incorrect Items
We inspect every order with care, but if your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

Include your order number and clear photos or video of the issue

If the outer packaging is visibly damaged, please send a photo before opening it
We’ll assess the situation and provide a resolution — whether that’s a replacement or a refund.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and safety concerns, we cannot accept returns on:

Opened or used beauty/skincare items

Final sale or clearance items

Gift cards or promotional bundles

Personal care products without their original seal

Customized or personalized items
If you're unsure whether your product qualifies, reach out before requesting a return.
🔁 Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. To receive a different product, please place a new order after your return has been processed.
🇪🇺 European Union Orders
If your order ships to the EU, you have a 14-day cooling-off period, giving you the right to return the item for any reason.

💸 Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, you’ll be notified of the approval status.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Note: Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the funds.
